Robotic Gas-Based Navigation
We have created a small mobile robotic platform which is setup with a three Raspberry Pi 3's, a Raspberry Pi Screen, a SpiNN3 and two Enoses created by one of our lab postdocs (Damien Drix). Each Enose is made of four metal oxide (MOX) sensors and a temperature and humidity sensor. We plan to use the event-based output to devise a gas-based navigation algorithm, which enables the robot to find the gas source.
